Home Learning Support

This page will be used in the event of any school closure. if you child is self isolating tasks will also be sent.These may come via eschool or TEAMS. The school office will be in contact with you about this. We are also beginning to use TEAMS to communicate daily tasks and for your child to be able to submit work.

Work set will be carefully sequenced and will incorporate daily English and Maths alongside other curriculum areas. If you wish, you can adapt these lessons to suit the needs of your child and family.

We will make good use of videos and online materials to help teach Key Points.

Dear Parents
We have been exploring ways in which to support our children with reading at this time. We have sent every child home with 5 books and know these won't last some children very long.
With this in mind we have been able to set every class up with access to books on Oxford Owl, which has many books that can be found on accelerated reader for those on that system and lots of books for those on colour banded books.
